HER•izon Summit 2026
08.10.2025 - 11.10.2026Four days, an extraordinary setting, and a programme for anyone who doesn't just want to be inspired, but wants to go home with new perspectives, knowledge, and valuable connections. HER•izon 2026 brings together inspiring personalities, experts, entrepreneurs, and gamechangers for keynotes, panels, workshops, and Body & Soul sessions on topics like finance, leadership, health, and AI.
The summit was founded by entrepreneur and media professional Bianca Schwarzjirg, who — together with a curatorial team — developed a format that deliberately departs from classic conference structures, putting new forms of connection, knowledge-sharing, and leadership at the center instead.
In 2026, the summit is held under the patronage of State Governor Karoline Edtstadler and takes place across several locations and partner hotels throughout Bad Gastein.
The Miramonte is our basecamp: the starting point for HER•izon with the Welcome BBQ on Thursday evening, before the summit moves on through the rest of town.
