Hatha, Vinyasa and Flowyoga, Meditation and Pranayama

The fascination of movement in combination with our breathing and the resulting stillness led me to yoga and meditation at an early age. This grew into a love for the moving body – combined with deep and conscious breathing – in order to arrive fully in the here and now, to become still and to experience a moment of silence in the mind.

The experiences and joy that came from this led me to dive deeper into the fascinating world of yoga. I completed the Yoga Alliance (500h) yoga teacher training in Hatha, Vinyasa and Flow Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama (breathing exercises) and received my diploma in Switzerland in 2016. In the spring of 2017, I spent several months in Thailand, where I was able to delve even deeper into meditation, as I spent some time in a beautiful forest monastery in silence (Vipassana).

In the summer of 2017, I completed further training with Simon Park to become a Liquid Flow Yoga teacher (200 hours) in France. In 2018, I became the mother of a wonderful boy. In 2021, I discovered my passion for aerial yoga.

My classes are characterised by precise instructions, awareness exercises, the connection of movement and breathing, and mindfully performed physical exercises (asanas). Above all, however, becoming still and encountering our SELF are important aspects that I want to convey to all participants in my classes.

I look forward to our session together... Namaste.

In classic yoga on mats, we combine breathing and movement. When we consciously arrive in the room, we focus on our breathing at the beginning. Then we start with the asanas. Yoga is never about being the best, but about finding out who you are and where your limits are, and about feeling your inner fire. Suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners.

Aerial yoga is about bringing body, mind and soul into harmony. By gently floating in the air, but also by transferring our weight to the cloths, we get deeper into certain positions and learn about the limits of our body in a completely different way. Suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners. Not recommended during pregnancy.

Restorative aerial yoga takes place very close to the ground, meaning that the hammock is only slightly above the floor, allowing us to float. restorative aerial yoga gently stretches the muscles. Floating in the hammock is also a wonderful way to let go. Suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners. Not recommended during pregnancy.
