Alpine Urban Fusion – our chefs get creative

Creativity is the essence of our cooking. We cook for you with inventive desire using the natural abundance of greenery and herbs taken directly from the alpine landscape on our doorstep. Always fresh we cater for every palate, especially vegetarian and vegan. Dishes are mostly based on traditionally recipes, often with a modern twist. We are keen to experiment.

Breakfast

8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m

Our breakfast/brunch is legendary.

French toast using homemade bread, Ayurvedic muesli with goat's milk and juices, fresh from the orchard. All served in a chilled, coffee shop atmosphere.

Snack

1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m

The fresh mountain air quickly gives you an appetite. After hiking or skiing, join us for our soup of the day with fresh bread and selection of delicious homemade cakes.

Dinner

7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m

Miramonte is all about Alpine fusion cuisine, a combination of beloved Austrian classic dishes along with modern creations. Eat from the region – meats, fish or vegetables.

Snacks & drinks are served all day. Outside on the sofas and at the long tables when the sun is shining. Inside our cosy lounge on colder days. Miramonte has an easy-going and convivial atmosphere of new acquaintances and endless conversations.
