About me:
Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga & Aerial YogaI discovered my passion for yoga in 2013. At first it was just a fleeting hobby, until I realised how many positive and countless effects yoga has on body and mind. Yoga not only makes you healthy, relaxed and happy – it also makes you damn fit. This fantastic effect and great enrichment led me to complete training, initially as a Vinyasa yoga teacher. This was followed by training as a Yin and Aerial Yoga teacher. In addition, I am a state-certified sports and gymnastics teacher and motopaedist, where I was able to gain experience over many years with people suffering from musculoskeletal disorders and various disabilities. In this context, I have obtained the exercise instructor’s licence for rehabilitation sports. This specialises me in the areas of orthopaedics, sensory, neurology, mental handicap and psychiatry.
My curiosity, positive energy, warmth and optimism allow me to appreciate all aspects of life. As a mother of two children, I also know exactly how important a change can be.
