Physiotherapist & medically certified yoga teacherPetra discovered yoga for herself in 2001. This was followed by trainings with very different, great teachers. Elements from Prana Vinyasa Flow, powerful Power Yoga, heart-opening Anusara Yoga and supportive Breath Work shape her yoga style.
A flowing practice in connection with the breath – intense and relaxing at the same time.
As an experienced physiotherapist, it is a matter close to her heart to build up the asanas healthily and to correct them mindfully. Her classes give body and soul peace and balance, give self-confidence and ease.
She wishes her students to take this wonderful experience from the mat into everyday life.
