Leave your everyday life behind and get deeper into your yoga practice. A balanced mix of Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, meditation and breathing exercises awaits you. The picturesque surroundings and fresh mountain air will help us feel fitter and more refreshed day by day in addition to our yoga practice.

During this long weekend in the Salzburger Land you can set new impulses and intentions for yourself. You can practice asana and alignment to take your practice to a new level, find more peace with pranayama and meditation and exchange with other yoginis and yogis.

We will start the day in silence with meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises), followed by a flowing asana practice. During the day you have time to retreat, go on a hike together with Nadine or simply let your mind wander. The yoga sessions in the evening are usually quieter, so we prepare for a relaxing night.

Nadine has created 6 yoga sessions and themed them specifically for each day. There will also be enough time to cater to individual needs. A basic knowledge of Vinyasa Yoga is an advantage but not necessary. The classes are suitable for everyone, whether beginner or already advanced. Everybody is welcome.

After the retreat you can start the summer with strength and ease.

Thursday: 17:00 - 19:00 (welcome class and introduction)

Friday and Saturday: 8:30 - 10:00 and 17:30 - 19:00

Sunday: 8:30 - 10:00
