“Back to me” - Yoga Retreat with Valerie Hechinger
06.06.2025 – 09.06.2025The retreat is dedicated to the harmony of body, mind and soul to help you strengthen the connection to yourself that is often neglected in hectic everyday life. Vinyasa yoga, yin yoga and optional mental training workshops focus on reflection and self-awareness.
Start each morning with a refreshing vinyasa yoga flow that gives you energy and clarity for the day. In the evening, you will enjoy a relaxing yoga session that will give you deep relaxation and allow you to connect with yourself and your needs and let go of old burdens. This connection allows you to open yourself up to new challenges and grow with them. This is supported by the optional mental training workshop in the group to shape your life according to your own values, as well as a blindfold yoga class in which you can get even more in touch with yourself while blindfolded.
How you want to spend the time between the yoga classes is entirely up to you: whether alone or with others, in the wellness area or in nature - you decide. The retreat is your time for yourself; to pause, reflect and find new inspiration. You are also welcome to book an individual mental training session to get to know yourself even better.
Whether you are an experienced yogi*ni or just starting out, this retreat is suitable for anyone looking for a break and want to do something good for body, mind and soul.
About Valerie:
Valerie teaches Vinyasa, Yin and Aerial Yoga. In her classes, she focuses on encouraging yogis to listen - both to their bodies and to their thoughts and feelings - which is often neglected or suppressed in everyday life. Only by connecting to ourselves in a way that allows us to feel can we connect with our inner voice and create the life we desire deep within.
Valerie completed her training with Marcel Clementi and Julia Pross (200h Vinyasa Flow Yoga) and at Yogafusion Vienna (200h Flow Yoga Multi Style & 50h Aerial Yoga). Valerie has also been a certified mental trainer since 2024 and incorporates elements of this into her yoga classes.
