Jivamukti Yoga, Yang & Yin YogaMindful movements in the form of yoga have been with me since I was a child. I can still remember how Mrs. Schesser, now 90 years old, showed me the turtle for relaxation when I was six years old. Mrs. Schesser's granddaughter now comes to my yoga classes, more than 30 years later.
In my group classes, it is important to me that the participants perceive and feel themselves. As individuals, but also as part of a group. We practise dynamic sequences - from energetic and powerful to intuitive and gentle. Meditation and breathing techniques have their place. In addition to my 800h training in 2014 in New York with Sharon Gannon and David Life from Jivamukti, the 500h training in therapeutic yoga with Bitta Boerger had a particularly strong influence on me. Influences from the Spirit Yoga training in pre- and postnatal yoga also have a place, as well as techniques from the Thai Yoga Massage training.
